Black Friday – Shop & Win Terms & Conditions

1. The I’langa Mall “Black Friday Shop & Win” campaign date / period / time starts 1am Friday, 25 November 2022 and ends close of business 9am Monday 28 November 2022.
2. Campaign entry procedure: Entrants are required to take a photo of their till slip of any purchase of any value at any I’langa Mall store between the campaign dates.
3. The photo of the till slip and the entrants name should be sent to the I’langa Mall competition WhatsApp line 076 418 5743 within the campaign dates / period / time.
4. The Store Name, Transaction Date and Total / Value of Purchase should be clearly visible in the photo of the till slip.
5. Once info is received the entrant will receive an automated response verifying the receipt thereof.
6. Entries that are not sent within the campaign dates / period or entries where all the detail as stipulated in Point / Term Number 4 will be automatically disqualified and marked as an invalid entry.
7. Winners are selected randomly from valid entries and if selected the winners will receive the value of their purchase in the form of an I’langa Mall Shopping Voucher.
8. The I’langa Mall voucher issued to winners is not redeemable for cash.
9. Winners will be notified telephonically and will be contacted directly by the I’langa Mall Centre Management.
10. The prize can only be redeemed by the winner on presentation of the original till slip that they used to enter.
11. The entrant agrees that if he of she is selected as a winner that I’langa Mall is allowed to take a photo of the winner on collection of the prize and use such a photo on the I’langa Mall social media platforms and other marketing communication that may include the I’langa Mall electronic Shopper Newsletter and the in mall Tenant Newsletter.
12. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, 30 November 2022.
13. I’langa Mall reserves the right to withhold any promotional benefits and / or take such other action as is deemed appropriate in its absolute discretion. Particularly if an entry is:
    i. made in breach or non-compliance with the promotion “Terms and Conditions”.
    ii. is fraudulent.
14. I’langa Mall Management’s decision in respect of any matter(s) concerning this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. I’langa Mall reserves the right to modify the offers, alter, discontinue, or terminate this promotion or amend any part of the promotion “Terms and Conditions” at any time for any reason whatsoever without prior notice.
16. The winner who does not comply with all the rules and regulations set out in these terms and conditions will automatically be disqualified. The organizers and sponsors can choose a new winner if no contact could be made with the winner within 3 days (72 hours) after the winner was notified.
