Step 1

Step 2
You must complete the manual registration process when purchasing your week card.

Complete your online registration using the QR code you received when you purchased your tickets.
Step 4
As part of your online registration, upload a clear photo of your qualifying week card ticket.
Step 5
Spend at any store in i'langa Mall and upload your qualifying slip to earn more entries.

To qualify:

- Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this promotional competition is i’langa Mall (“the Promoter”).
1.2 The Competition is administered by i’langa Mall, represented by Fred Smith, General Manager.

1.4 These Terms and Conditions are available on the i’langa Mall website and apply to all entries made through the manual and online entry processes.
- Competition Name
2.1 The name of the competition is the i’langa Mall Toyota Innibos Festival Week Card Competition (“the Competition”).
- Competition Period
3.1 The Competition is conducted in relation to qualifying Toyota Innibos Festival week card sales taking place at i’langa Mall on:
- 8 May 2026, at the advertised times; and
• 30 May 2026, at the advertised times.
3.2 Only 800 (eight hundred) qualifying week cards will be available, while stocks last.
3.3 Only qualifying week cards purchased at i’langa Mall on the dates and at the advertised times referred to in clause 3.1 will qualify for entry into the Competition.
3.4 Manual registration takes place only on the applicable ticket sales date at the time the qualifying week card is purchased.
3.5 Online registration and all additional entry uploads must be completed by 30 June 2026 at 24h00.
3.6 No late online registrations, ticket uploads, slip uploads, or additional entries will be accepted after 30 June 2026 at 24h00.
- Who May Enter
4.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Competition is open only to natural persons who:
- are 18 (eighteen) years or older;
• purchase a qualifying Toyota Innibos Festival week card at i’langa Mall on one of the qualifying sale dates; and
• comply fully with all entry requirements in these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 The following persons may not enter the Competition and may not win a prize:
- any director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant, contractor or representative of i’langa Mall;
• any employee, owner or representative of any tenant trading at i’langa Mall;
• any outsourced partner, supplier, service provider, agency, promotion staff member, event partner, security contractor or cleaning contractor involved directly or indirectly in the Competition;
• any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter in relation to the Competition; and
• the spouses, life partners, business partners, parents, children, siblings and immediate family members of any of the persons listed above.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements.
- Prize
5.1 The prize is an i’langa Mall Voucher to the value of R25 000 (twenty-five thousand rand).
5.2 There is 1 (one) prize only.
5.3 The prize is not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be exchanged for any other prize.
5.4 The prize will be handed over on the evening of 3 July 2026 at the Jacaranda FM Concert, subject to winner verification and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.5 The i’langa Mall Voucher will be issued and awarded in the name of the verified winner only.
5.6 Any use of the voucher will be subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to i’langa Mall Vouchers.
- How to Enter
6.1 To qualify for entry into the Competition, an entrant must purchase a qualifying Toyota Innibos Festival week card for R675 at i’langa Mall on 8 May 2026 or 30 May 2026, at the advertised times, while stocks last.
6.2 The entrant must complete the manual registration process at the point of purchase on the relevant ticket sales date.
6.3 The entrant must also complete the online registration process at https://app.youform.com/forms/0bmae5zk on or before 30 June 2026 at 24h00.
6.4 As part of the online registration process, the entrant must upload a clear photo of the qualifying week card ticket.
6.5 An entry will be valid only if both the manual registration and the online registration have been completed in full and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6.6 Each qualifying entrant who complies with clauses 6.1 to 6.5 will receive 1 (one) base entry into the Competition.
- Additional Entries
7.1 An entrant may earn additional entries by spending money at any tenant of i’langa Mall and uploading a valid qualifying proof of purchase to https://app.youform.com/forms/0bmae5zk on or before 30 June 2026 at 24h00.
7.2 Additional entries will be allocated on the basis of 1 (one) additional entry for every full R100 (one hundred rand) spent on a valid qualifying slip.
7.3 Only slips issued by stores trading at i’langa Mall, dated from 8 May 2026 up to and including 30 June 2026, will qualify for additional entries.
7.4 All tenants at i’langa Mall are included for purposes of qualifying additional-entry spend.
7.5 Only the following proof of purchase will be accepted for additional entries:
- official till slips; and
• card machine slips,
provided that the proof of purchase clearly reflects the date, store name, and amount spent.
7.6 Handwritten slips will not be accepted.
7.7 No entrant will be entitled to any additional entry unless that entrant has first completed both the manual registration and the online registration requirements set out in clause 6.
7.8 The Promoter reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably, how many additional entries are allocated from any qualifying proof of purchase.
- Duplicate Slip Validation and Proof of Purchase Rules
8.1 Duplicate slips are invalid and will not qualify for additional entries.
8.2 For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a duplicate slip includes any proof of purchase that has already been submitted previously, whether by the same entrant or by another entrant, and whether in identical, copied, photographed, scanned, re-uploaded, edited or substantially similar form.
8.3 The Promoter may reject any proof of purchase that is:
- duplicated;
• illegible;
• incomplete;
• altered or tampered with;
• fraudulent or suspicious;
• not clearly linked to a qualifying transaction at i’langa Mall; or
• otherwise not compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
8.4 The Promoter may use reasonable validation measures, including manual review, record comparison and system checks, to detect duplicate submissions, validate entries and prevent fraud.
8.5 The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of any uploaded ticket image or proof of purchase will be final, subject to applicable law.
- Cellphone Number Verification and Entry Matching
9.1 Each entrant must provide a valid and correct cellphone number on the manual registration form and on the online registration form.
9.2 The cellphone number provided by the entrant will be used as the primary identifier for purposes of:
- matching the manual registration to the online registration;
• linking the entrant’s base entry and additional entries;
• validating uploaded ticket images and uploaded slips;
• contacting the entrant if selected as a potential winner; and
• verifying the identity of the entrant during the winner verification process.
9.3 The cellphone number recorded on the manual registration form must exactly match the cellphone number submitted during the online registration process.
9.4 The same cellphone number must also be used when submitting additional-entry slips online.
9.5 If the cellphone number submitted online does not match the cellphone number recorded on the manual registration form, or if different cellphone numbers are used across entry methods, the relevant entry or entries will be invalid and disqualified.
9.6 If a cellphone number is incomplete, false, illegible, inactive, incorrect, or incapable of being verified by the Promoter, the Promoter may disqualify the entrant and reject all associated entries.
9.7 It is the sole responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the correct cellphone number is used consistently across all Competition entry methods and uploads.
9.8 The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability to contact a potential winner where the entrant supplied an incorrect, invalid or inaccessible cellphone number.
- Winner Selection
10.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 The winner will be selected on 1 July 2026 from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10.3 The Promoter may draw one or more reserve winners to be used in sequence if the initially selected winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is not physically present to receive the prize as required by these Terms and Conditions.
10.4 The Competition will be overseen and certified by an independent accountant, registered auditor, attorney or advocate, as required by applicable South African law.
10.5 The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries, qualification of entrants, and winner determination will be final, subject to applicable law.
- Winner Notification and Mandatory Presence
11.1 The Promoter may attempt to contact the selected winner after the draw on 1 July 2026 using the cellphone number submitted by the entrant.
11.2 The Promoter may make 5 (five) attempts to contact the selected winner before the prize handover on 3 July 2026.
11.3 If the selected winner cannot be contacted after 5 (five) reasonable attempts before 3 July 2026, the Promoter may disqualify that entrant and select a replacement winner or reserve winner.
11.4 Physical presence at the Jacaranda FM Concert on 3 July 2026 is mandatory in order to receive the prize.
11.5 The winner will be announced on 3 July 2026 at the Jacaranda FM Concert. If the selected winner is not physically present on 3 July 2026 to receive the prize, the Promoter may disqualify that entrant and award the prize to a reserve winner or next-in-line winner.
11.6 Before the prize is awarded, the selected winner must provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify the winner’s identity and eligibility to receive the i’langa Mall Voucher.
11.7 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner against the Competition records, including the manual registration record, online registration record, ticket image upload, cellphone number and any additional-entry records.
- Prize Award
12.1 The prize will be awarded in the form of an i’langa Mall Voucher to the value of R25 000.
12.2 The voucher will be issued to the verified winner after the Promoter has completed the winner verification process.
12.3 The prize is not redeemable for cash.
12.4 The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, expiry or unauthorised use of the voucher after it has been awarded to the winner, unless required otherwise by law.
12.5 Any use of the voucher will be subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to i’langa Mall Vouchers.
- Publicity
13.1 By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that the winner’s name and/or image may be announced by the Promoter in connection with the Competition.
13.2 The winner may be invited to participate in publicity related to the Competition.
13.3 The winner will not be compelled to participate in publicity as a condition of receiving the prize, save to the extent necessary to identify the winner and to announce the outcome of the Competition.
- Protection of Personal Information and Privacy Notice
14.1 For purposes of administering the Competition, the Promoter may collect and process personal information relating to entrants, including but not limited to:
- names and surnames;
• cellphone numbers;
• information contained in the manual and online registration forms;
• uploaded photographs of qualifying week card tickets;
• uploaded till slips or card machine slips for additional entries; and
• information reasonably required to verify eligibility, validate entries, contact entrants and award the prize.
14.2 The responsible party for purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), is i’langa Mall, care of Fred Smith, General Manager, email: gm@ilangamall.co.za.
14.3 Personal information is collected and processed strictly for specific, explicit and lawful purposes related to the Competition, including:
- recording and administering entries;
• verifying compliance with the entry requirements;
• matching manual and online registrations;
• validating uploaded ticket images and uploaded slips;
• allocating base entries and additional entries;
• detecting duplicates, irregularities and fraudulent submissions;
• contacting potential winners;
• verifying the identity and eligibility of the winner;
• awarding the prize; and
• complying with legal, audit, record-keeping and regulatory obligations.
14.4 The entrant’s cellphone number will be used for Competition purposes only, unless the entrant separately and voluntarily elects to receive marketing communications as contemplated in clause 15 below.
14.5 The provision of personal information required for Competition administration is mandatory for participation in the Competition. If an entrant does not provide the required information, or provides inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information, the entrant may not be able to participate in the Competition or may be disqualified.
14.6 The Promoter may share relevant personal information with authorised operators, employees, agents and service providers who reasonably require such information for lawful Competition administration, including digital form administrators, auditors, legal advisers, verification agents and prize fulfilment service providers.
14.7 Personal information will not be used for any purpose incompatible with the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise permitted or required by law, or unless the entrant has separately consented thereto.
14.8 Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the administration and finalisation of the Competition and for any additional period required by law, audit obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.
14.9 Entrants have the rights afforded to them in terms of POPIA, including, where applicable and subject to law, the right to request access to personal information, request correction of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

- Optional WhatsApp Marketing Consent
15.1 Entry into the Competition is not conditional upon an entrant agreeing to receive marketing or promotional communications.
15.2 If an entrant voluntarily selects the relevant opt-in option, the entrant consents to i’langa Mall using the entrant’s cellphone number to send future marketing news by WhatsApp only.
15.3 Any consent to receive WhatsApp marketing is separate from the Competition entry process, is voluntary, and is not required in order to participate in the Competition.
15.4 An entrant who does not opt in to WhatsApp marketing will still be eligible to participate in the Competition, provided all other entry requirements are met.
15.5 An entrant who has opted in to receive WhatsApp marketing may withdraw that consent at any time by following the unsubscribe or opt-out process communicated by i’langa Mall, or by contacting gm@ilangamall.co.za.
15.6 The Promoter may retain proof of any marketing consent where required by law.
- Electronic Acceptance and Online Submission
16.1 The Competition is administered through both manual and electronic means.
16.2 By completing the manual registration process, submitting the online registration form, uploading a ticket photo, and/or uploading qualifying slips for additional entries, each entrant is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
16.3 The entrant acknowledges that online registration forms, uploaded documents, electronic submissions and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions may constitute valid electronic records for purposes of administering and proving participation in the Competition.
- Disqualification
17.1 Without limiting any other right of the Promoter in terms of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law, the Promoter may disqualify any entrant if:
- the entrant fails to comply with any material provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• the entrant submits mismatched cellphone numbers across the manual and online registration processes;
• the entrant submits duplicate slips;
• the entrant submits a false, illegible, altered, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent ticket image or proof of purchase;
• the entrant is found to be an ineligible person in terms of clause 4;
• the entrant attempts to manipulate the Competition entry process or additional-entry allocation process in any manner; or
• the entrant provides false or misleading information to the Promoter.
17.2 Any entry found to be invalid, non-compliant, duplicated, suspicious or fraudulent may be rejected or removed from the Competition at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.
- Limitation of Liability
18.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from:
- technical failure, network interruption or delayed electronic transmission;
• lost, incomplete, corrupted or illegible entries or uploads;
• unauthorised human intervention in the entry process;
• incorrect information supplied by entrants;
• the inability to contact a winner using the cellphone number supplied; or
• events beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
18.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights that may not lawfully be excluded under South African law.
- Amendment, Suspension or Cancellation
19.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition if required to do so by law, or if fraud, technical failure or any event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Competition.
19.2 Any amendment, suspension or cancellation will be communicated by the Promoter through the same or similar channels used to promote the Competition, where reasonably possible.
- Record-Keeping and Compliance
20.1 The Promoter will retain Competition records for the period required by applicable South African law.
20.2 The Promoter will ensure that the Competition is conducted in accordance with applicable South African promotional competition and privacy laws.
20.3 The Promoter may require declarations, supporting documents or other information for audit, compliance, fraud prevention and regulatory purposes.
- Governing Law
21.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
21.2 Any dispute arising from the Competition will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law.
