Terms and Conditions: “Watch & Win Promotion”

1. Organizer

   • This promotion is organized by I’langa Mall, Nelspruit (“the Organizer”).

2. Promotion Period

   • The promotion runs from 5 December 2024 to 2 February 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

   • The promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 or older. Proof of identity, such as a valid passport, may be required.

   • Participants must be eligible to travel to the countries/areas specified in the prizes.

   • Employees of I’langa Mall, its affiliates, tenants, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

   • Individuals under the age of 12 are not permitted to participate.

4. How to Enter

   • Participants must watch any 3 movies at the participating cinemas within I’langa Mall.

   • After watching each movie, participants must collect a stamp from Ster-Kinekor or Central Management on their promotional postcard.

   • Postcards with 3 stamps can be entered into the draw for the main prizes. Postcard validity will be checked and verified by the organizers.

5. Prizes

   • Main Prizes (3 Winners):

     1. 1st Prize: A trip to Legoland valued at R80,000, which includes:

        • Flights from OR Tambo, accommodation, daily breakfast and dinner (half-board), transfers from Dubai airport to accommodation, and applicable taxes.

        • Passes included: Access to LEGOLAND Dubai, LEGOLAND Water Park, and MOTIONGATE™ with a Dubai Parks & Resort Pass.

        • Travel dates are between 4 May 2025 and 22 May 2025 only.

        • For a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 2-12) for a period of 4 nights, excluding flight times. Additional costs for children outside this age range will be the responsibility of the winner.

        • Excludes spending money, extra meals, travel insurance, travel to/from Johannesburg, and any other expenses not listed.

        • If the holiday is no longer available or pricing has changed, a new prize can be negotiated.

     2. 2nd Prize: A stay in the Kruger National Park, with dates and details to be confirmed.

     3. 3rd Prize: An I’langa Mall gift card worth R10,000.

   • Weekly Prizes (Additional to Main Prizes):

     • Each week during the promotion period, one winner will receive R2,000 as part of the “Take a Selfie” competition.

6. “Take a Selfie” Competition

   • To enter, participants must take a selfie in I’langa Mall and post it on social media with the hashtag #IlangaDubai.

   • Weekly winners will be selected randomly and must adhere to the rules.

   • Each participant may win the weekly prize only once.

7. Winner Selection and Announcement

   • The three main prize winners will be drawn at random on 9 February 2025.

   • Weekly winners will be announced every Friday during the competition period via I’langa Mall’s social media platforms.

   • Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their entry forms. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

8. General Terms

   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value if circumstances beyond their control arise.

   • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

9. Use of Personal Information

   • By entering the promotion, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and announcing winners.

   • Winners agree to participate in promotional activities related to the competition, including the use of their names and photographs in advertising.

   • Participants’ personal details will not be shared with third-party companies or institutes.

10. Disclaimers

    • The Organizer is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants in entering the promotion.

    • The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.

    • The Organizer reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion and the Terms and Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. Disputes

    • Any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the laws of South Africa.

    • The Organizer’s decision on all matters related to this promotion is final and binding.
